Topco Associates is currently seeking a Category Analyst to join our Produce Team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our West Palm Beach office three times per week and virtual twice per week.   Topco's mission is to provide solutions for our member owners, regional retailers and wholesalers, and help them achieve a competitive advantage in the markets they serve. We aspire to develop high-performing teams to resemble the diversity of our members' shopper communities to drive greater innovation and creativity that ultimately enhances our business results and the value Topco provides to its membership.   The Category Analyst is responsible for leading both the short term (day to day) and long term strategic sourcing strategy and execution for their categories.  They are responsible for ensuring that their categories are purchased at a total lowest cost of ownership, achieve maximum member participation, and enhance the competitive position and profitability of Topco member companies.  The Category Analyst is responsible for  achieving department goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with both members and vendors, working with Program Management to drive value add category results, implementing best practices and deliver overall excellent customer service to our members. A Category Analysts approximate threshold of category spend responsibility is <$100MM with a medium level of complexity in terms of #SKU's, #Suppliers, Domestic vs. Global Sourcing/Domestic, commodity, etc.

We aspire to develop high-performing teams to resemble the diversity of our members' shopper communities to drive greater innovation and creativity that ultimately enhances our business results and the value Topco provides to its membership.   The Senior Program Specialist is responsible, under general supervision, for the daily execution for the categories they support and ensuring categories are purchased at a total lowest cost of ownership, achieve maximum member participation, and enhance the competitive position and profitability of Topco member companies. The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for achieving department goals (productivity), resolving issues with member orders, plans, schedules and promotions, and assisting the sourcing lead by inputting necessary data into the system.

Topco Associates is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist - Product Management for the Quality Assurance team in Itasca, IL. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our Itasca office and virtually.     Under guidance of QA management, promotes the delivery of optimal QA services and standards by ensuring all department protocols/procedures [including new product/facility approvals, plant inspection management, specification development, first production monitoring, product monitoring evaluations, reformulation activity, brand standard intelligence, information gathering/tracking/updating/storage, regulatory (withdrawals/recalls) compliance, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting/follow-up to closure] within assigned area of responsibility are properly carried out.
