Topco Associates is currently seeking a Category Manager for the Produce team in West Palm Beach, FL. The Category Manager is responsible and accountable for the achievement of category sales, profit, market share, inventory control and cost objectives within their categories.

We aspire to develop high-performing teams to resemble the diversity of our members' shopper communities to drive greater innovation and creativity that ultimately enhances our business results and the value Topco provides to its membership.   The Category Analyst is responsible for leading both the short term (day to day) and long term strategic sourcing strategy and execution for their categories.  They are responsible for ensuring that their categories are purchased at a total lowest cost of ownership, achieve maximum member participation, and enhance the competitive position and profitability of Topco member companies.  The Category Analyst is responsible for  achieving department goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with both members and vendors, working with Program Management to drive value add category results, implementing best practices and deliver overall excellent customer service to our members. A Category Analysts approximate threshold of category spend responsibility is <$100MM with a medium level of complexity in terms of #SKU's, #Suppliers, Domestic vs. Global Sourcing/Domestic, commodity, etc.

Topco Associates is currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist for the meat procurement team in Itasca, IL.  This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our Itasca office and virtually.     Topco's mission is to provide solutions for our member owners, regional retailers and wholesalers, and help them achieve a competitive advantage in the markets they serve. We aspire to develop high-performing teams to resemble the diversity of our members' shopper communities to drive greater innovation and creativity that ultimately enhances our business results and the value Topco provides to its membership.   The Senior Program Specialist is responsible, under general supervision, for the daily execution for the categories they support and ensuring categories are purchased at a total lowest cost of ownership, achieve maximum member participation, and enhance the competitive position and profitability of Topco member companies. The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for achieving department goals (productivity), resolving issues with member orders, plans, schedules and promotions, and assisting the sourcing lead by inputting necessary data into the system.

Topco Associates is currently seeking an Internal Audit Associate for the Internal Audit team in Itasca, IL. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our Itasca office three days per week and virtually two days per week.   Topco's mission is to provide solutions for our member owners, regional retailers and wholesalers, and help them achieve a competitive advantage in the markets they serve. Reporting to the Senior Internal Audit Manager, the Associate will assist in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. The associate will assist with financial and operational audits within Topco through interaction with all levels and departments within the organization.
