Here at Topco Associates, we are currently seeking an entry-level Fuel Specialist to maintain sales orders, analyze and problem-solve supply chain related requests and provide exceptional support to our members, regional grocery retailers and wholesalers across the US. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in either our Quincy, MA or Elk Grove Village, IL office and virtually. This role positions you for for a future career in trading, fuel scheduling, fuel supply, procurement, business analytics and other opportunities at Topco.

The Fuel Specialist will be responsible for all operational support including but not limited to system setups, invoice error resolution, pricing process efficiency/pricing accuracy, system inventory reconciliation, RIN (renewable identification number) inventory and outside services.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
Previous Experience:
1-3 years of previous experience in a relevant discipline such as finance, Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable, business, or fuel (including internships).
