Topco Associates is currently seeking a Brand Manager for the Marketing team in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Topco Associates, LLC is a cooperative of over forty of the nation’s regional grocery retailers and wholesalers that are our member-owners. Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2019, Topco aggregates Own Brand volume and expertise for over 15,000 grocery stores. The Brand Marketing team is responsible for championing the creation and growth of $3 Billion in Retail Own Brand Dollars including brands, such as Food Club, Simply Done, TopCare, Full Circle Market, Wide Awake and Culinary Tours.
Topco’s Brand Team develops the brand portfolio and shopper marketing strategies to drive shopper loyalty at Topco’s grocery member retailers. As strategic advisors to our member-owners, we influence marketing and merchandising activation through developing recommendations based on a shopper-centric, data-driven approach.
Under the direction of the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Retailer Exclusive Brand portfolios in various food or non-food grocery channel product categories. In addition to being a strategic advisor to all Member Retailers/Wholesalers, on assigned brands, this individual will be a single point of contact for one to three specific Member Retailers/Wholesalers, on behalf of the entire Brand team, influencing at the senior leadership levels to drive growth in Retailer Exclusive Brand sales.
Minimum 5 years of cross-functional commercial experience (sales, marketing, activation, product management, etc.) in a business to consumer or business to business industry.
